About the Instructor

Samantha is a former professional dancer and Pilates instructor. After training in ballet and contemporary dance, Samantha discovered Pilates and fell in love with it. Also a martial artist, Pilates helps her maintain and improve her balance, flexibility and strength. She also specialises in back pain relief and teaches private sessions and events in the U.K. and abroad. Samantha’s main focus is to help her clients & students find balance and reach their goals through mindful, fun and effective exercises. ​
